I've been fighting with them for months on this. Every month they say they are going to remove it, then every month it's back on the bill. This months bill finally lacks the charge, but I would not be surprised to see it return on future bills.

For example, when I used Insight/TWC, Youtube videos always had issues buffering. I assumed it was a Youtube issue, not my ISP. But, since switching, I've had practically no issues. And, pretty much none of those little intermittent issues where websites decide to load slowly. Or, you know how sometimes a website won't load, but if you hit refresh it comes up fine.
